2. Ambien??? According to powell the bush admin loves that stuff!
Powell's Chemical Equation

By Al Kamen, Washington Post
Monday, November 10, 2003; Page A23

Powell described his killer schedule in an interview Thursday with Abdul Rahman Al-Rashed, a reporter for a London-based Saudi newspaper.

"So do you use sleeping tablets to organize yourself?" Al-Rashed asked.

"Yes. Well, I wouldn't call them that," Powell said. "They're a wonderful medication -- not medication. How would you call it? They're called Ambien, which is very good. You don't use Ambien? Everybody here uses Ambien."

Really? Some folks across the river may conclude that explains a lot.

Apparently, it's got some scary side effects, too. Take it easy.

5. So does Jeb Bush's daughter.
She got busted and ended up in detox thanks to her Xanax habit. It must run in the family...

Boy do I wish * would get hooked on that stuff. He deserves "kicking Xanax."

9. Well, there was an article recently
on captiolhillblue.com about bush taking some sort of medication to control "erratic behaviour". I bookmarked the link, but it's gone now.

12. I wouldn't be surprised if he is.
For all we know he may have a trio of psychiatrists desperately trying to keep him from snapping and "acting out" while performing his duties in public.

It's probably the best kept secret in Washington.

4. I hope you don't use Ambien every nite!!!!!!!!!
Because if you do, you will be SORRY. Ambien is a physically addicting drug with withdrawal symptoms on a par with benzodiazepines like Ativan and Xanax. I tell you from experience, you don't want to go THERE.

Also, mixing prescription sedatives with alcohol is no laughing matter. Mixing too many of one OR the other can be fatal.

10. Some people are just lucky, I guess.
Be thankful your nervous system let you off easy. But who knows, one more month on it and you might be singing a different tune. I would stay away from it if I were you.
