They're on sale at the local grocery store for a really good price, but, I don't know what to do with them. If I knew how to cook them I'd pick some up, two big legs for a 1.29 it's just too good to pass up.
...salt, pepper and a little sage and roast them in the oven at about 325 and cook them until the juices run clear. I have no idea how long that'll take though.
and use the broth for soup stock. The meat could be trimmed from the bones and used in the soup or in a stir fry or a curry. I took my leftover turkey legs to work to eat for lunch one day, but they had been oven baked with the rest of the bird. I think it would be difficult to bake just the legs and get them done properly.
