1. Does It Have Green Apples, Beer & "El Pato" Jalepeno Sauce In It?
If not, it is not as good as my chili!

9. 2 Green Apples, Peeled And Grated....
TRUST ME ON THIS!!

Cut 1 pound of serloin (size of half your little finger.) Brown in some oil, garlic and onions; remove from pan, set aside. Brown 1 lb of ground pork; drain fat and put the beef back into the pan. Into this you put 2 cans of stewed tomatoes, 2 cans of "El Pato" (green can, mexican jalepeno sauce) and 1 beer (prefer "Tecate") and the green apples.

Simmer for 20 minutes, then put in a can or two of kidney beans and 4 T corn masa (or substitute regular flour) that you have dissolved in half cup of water & cook 5 more minutes. Even better the next day.

3. Should we leave the room?
I find that chili can cause... gastrointestinal upset, in about an hour. Should we ignore you in about an hour?

8. Mixture
red beans and bbq beans.

I like black beans too but I got outvoted. Will you come eat chili here the next time we fix it? I can put black beans in cause we're having company.

21. I will keep you in mind then
I might try those apples in it next time. Do you think you can handle that? But no milk. That suggestion is downright disgusting.

20. I made chili tonight too!
It's coooooold here in Michigan, so it just seemed like the right thing to do. I use the old Joy Of Cooking recipe, but add tons of red wine, some cocoa powder, and a mixture of black beans and pinto beans. Cook it for a few hours so it's got a nice, deep flavor. Yum, yummy! Bought some cornbread mix from Trader Joe's too - that stuff is gooooooooooood!

24. Uh. Yeah.
But if my chili ends up too spicy, sometimes I add sour cream to my bowl. That's as close as I get. :)
