A fourteen year old boy was riding his electric scooter IN THE STREET and was hit by an SUV and killed. They conclude from this that the electric scooter is deadly. Not that the kid shouldn't have been in the street. Not that the driver of the tank (SUV) should have seen him. They showed a picture - this was no small boy...he should have been visible. There was a memorial set up in the yard...They showed a mother with her two daughters visiting the memorial...they didn't know the boy. The mother wanted to show her daughters the pain that this boy's friends and family are now in because of the scooter. Daughter says she doesn't want one anymore.

Is it just me....:wtf:

BTW - This is Houston news...we have bigger fish to fry than this!
