Okay, when I picked my class schedule for next trimester, I specifically planned it so that my classes would go almost consecutively and immediately from one to the other, and that they would all be at the DOWNTOWN campus, but, when I check my class schedule online just now...

They changed the location of my fourth class! The bastards! It's half way across the city, and I'm expected to get there 30 minutes after my third class ends. This wouldn't have been a problem under the original plan where it said my class was at the downtown campus! How am I supposed to get half way across the city in 30 minutes, traveling during the AFTERNOON? I'll tell you how: it ain't happening. It's not possible.

And the worst part: they put a hold on my account, for some BS charge of over 2 thousand dollars they said I didn't pay for GOD KNOWS WHAT, and if you have a hold on your account you can't change your class schedule.

Can you call and talk to a human? If you get a nice human, they might take pity on you. It might be worth a try?

find out exactly what the $2000 charge is for and why it hasn't been paid if it was supposed to be included in your tuition. If you're getting financial aid, maybe they haven't received all of the loan money they were supposed to, or something like that. That's the most important thing to do, before anything else.
