acting like Jesus was the only person crucified! Well here's some new for you morons.. he wasn't the only one! Crucification was something the Romans held for their enemies and people who committed treasonous acts! GAHHHHHH :grr: :grr: :grr: :grr: :grr:

4. I'm so sick of them too!
Had to go to my neighbor's birthday party. She supported me during a time I needed support, and I want to keep things friendly since our kids play together.

I was surrounded by Rethuglicans, one of whom insisted that we will have peace as long as George Bush is president. I had to ask which country was 'at peace.' Ours was 'at war.'

10. A local church at Thanksgiving - on the sign out front said
"Be thankful for peace"

I looked at my husband and asked where the @#@#$ these people lived!

7. Confront your GOP friends with Bush tossing the Golden Rule
Edited on Mon Dec-20-04 02:04 AM by Erika
in favor of pre-emptive strikes. Bushco is not following Christ's beliefs.

Bushco is cutting programs for the needy and poor. That is not Christian. Challenge them.

I have a good friend who is on the board of directors for the Lutheran church. He voted for Kerry because he does not believe in Bush's empire building or his cutting programs for the low-income.
