Tomorrow I go in for tests to see if my tumor has returned....I'm scared.

So as sappy as it sounds, I'd like some good vibes guys! This is the second time I've had to go in for tests to see if my brain tumor has returned...so I've been down this road before. However, my heart has been in my throat since Friday when I found out I had to have some tests ran.

Here's hoping for the best.

Any idea why you have to have these tests? Is it just a matter of routine done periodically?

Even if the news are bad, don't despair. I have recently read about new ways to treat "inoperable" brain tumors, through different types of radiation.

I can't take away the fear, I would be too. Take a deep breath, relax and think about how good you have felt and how your recovery has been positive.....Thats a good sign! You have not described any classic symptoms of problems. Tests are many times prophylactic....especially with a past history.

Such testing always brings back memories and old tapes of the initial illness. Keep focused on how good you have been doing....that is where the your confidence can begin.
