So the problem with going to bed at 8 pm is that you'll be up at 4:30 am
Had trouble sleeping the night before last. I was exhausted and fell asleep shortly after 8. Now it's 4:30 and up and ready to go. Oh well, guess I'll be at the gym first thing when they open.
3. Its a good time to be up if you enjoy being alone.
For most of the past year I've been scheduled to start work at 5AM. I find that getting up at 3 gives me time to do the water rituals and relax with a cup of coffee.
As I shift back into the real world, I may miss this part of my day.
I'm usually up at 5:30 (part of the reason trying to go back to sleep didn't make sense). I like getting to work around 7 to have an hour or two to take care of things before everyone gets chatty and starts bugging me.
I am usually in bed between 9:30 and 10. I have to be at work by 7:30, but most of the time, I'm here at 6:30. I like to get a jump on the traffic. I leave the house at 6 a.m. and have the road all to myself.
I went to bed really early last night and got up at friggin 2am! I couldn't go back to sleep and now I'm getting tired, but it's time to get ready for work. I've decided to call in sick today. It sucks!!!!
