21. It's not
a contest, Mr. ActivismPants.

There's always room for one more at the SOteric table.

BTW, how's that local group of liberals you latched onto (featuring jobycom) coming along?

25. Where doing a fundraiser involving dead presidents...
SPonsoring two showings of Dead President's Club at a local theater. To raise money to give to candidates we endorse, and maybe do a newsletter, if I can push it through.

Yes, I do a daily search on my name to see who's talking about me. What an ego, eh?

Salute! :D

Well, there is the matter of elections next month, but I assume you've contacted Choice Point to get the voter rolls just so.

Oh, and I know it's not a contest, but your menu still made me drool.

By the way, Mediterranean food today! :9

29. Concerning those elections-- I've learned a bit from the Lege
I plan to suddenly shift the site and date, so that only I and one other person I know will show up. That way I'm assured a tie, and I think I can blackmail him.

This Texas, I don't leave nothin to chance!

You know, though, on that fundraiser-- the producer wanted me to shift the dates to the 13th and 14th instead of the 21st. Which means I will miss the whole darned thing!

6. leftover baked eggrolls
Tried a new recipe last night. Worked well, but next time need to let them cool longer as the filling gets a lot hotter in the oven than when frying in oil.

Much better cold. :)

With brown rice. YUM! Oh and I can give the recipe to anyone on Atkins (I'm not but it is atkins safe) You just cut the amount of brown rice - i think 1/4 cup would be OK for the Atkins Dieters.
