If Christmas truly sucked as much as SOOOO many say ...we wouldn't celebrate it.

It was no doubt sanctioned by another ruling class, and it was not like it is "celebrated" these days.
Actually, we proles usually enjoyed our festivals, but a party becomes a burden to the organizers and clean-up crews.
