Key limes are NOT green. They are yellow. That is a Persian lime pie. Very delicious, but different.

This is a Key Lime pie...



Now, I make a quite excellent Key Lime pie, but it's not like this one. It's actually a Key Lime Meringue pie, made using the recipe off the back of the Argo Corn Starch box but with Nellie & Joe's Key West Lime Juice instead of lemon juice. The official Key Lime pie contains key lime juice, eggs and eagle milk and it's served in a graham cracker crust.
