I'm going to watch it, though. I watched the most recent episode, and it seemed rather tepid, which I attribute to it having had to be toned down by the negative publicity.

Not so much anymore with shows starting throughout the year. The Networks used to reason that everyone was too busy to watch TV during the holidays. Instead, I've found the opposite to be true. People are usually so stressed over real life that something fictional helps calm them down. Either that or they've nothing at all to do for the holidays and are stuck at home.
