2. Noooooooo
See, those are all people that he'd probably be comfortable spending eternity with. You need to pick someone evil that's both gay and a minority for it to actually be a punishment and not a vacation.

9. True.
I wasn't thinking of someone in hell, just someone dead, gay, and a minority. So we're looking for someone dead, gay, a minority, and in hell? Jeez, that's a tall order. Mao Tse Tung?

11. Roy Cohn
Fulfills both requirements you specified, although I suspect Cohn would reassure White that he wasn't homosexual as he applied the K-Y.

They would make each other absolutely miserable. There would be a lot of cursing and stuff. Ooh, maybe we could fuse them together into siamese twins!

8. Now now........
Reggie was the salt of the earth. /sarcasm

So we're supposed to forgive him for what he said simply because he was a good football player? One thing he did do is validate rwingers hatred. Since he was black they could point to him and tell themselves that they weren't racist because there's a man of color saying the same things they've spewed for ages.

Sorry Packer apologists. Just like Mark Chimura's accuser wouldn't get an unbiased jury in the state of Wisconsin (shoulda moved it about 90 miles south), Reggie White's transgressions are already being glossed over.

As for me I voted for Lee Atwatter to be his new roomie.

I keep hearing about Reggie White and I must be getting old because I don't know who he was or what he did for a living but it sounds like he was a right wing sports guy.

Edited on Mon Dec-27-04 12:04 PM by arwalden
... most people who actively support gay equality and who actively fight and speak out against faith-based bigotry know what a homophobic racist jerk he was.

He's also well known among football fans and admired as a "hero" by many.

23. * has been our main topic of conversation over the last year at College
I also don't know anything about sports and the people that I hang out with are into the Arts. I can't remember ever talking about sports with any of them. The only person that we talk about hating for the past year is the Rethugs and * so maybe that is why I don't know who he is.

BTW The man that was murdered in my apt. building you were right about. It was some type of payback on a drug deal and they don't believe that they will ever catch the killer. It had something to do with the bar that he hung out at which I don't go to because it's too expensive. $12.00 bucks for a watered down cocktail is not what I am willing to pay. It wasn't me that speculated about the murder it was the person who wrote the eulogy and letter and posted it in my lobby. I "assumed" that they were right and assumptions sometimes are wrong no matter who you hear them from.
