Just sent my Repug friend for a spin

We were having a little debate about the white house lies and he was trying to protect the Chimp talking about how it was the speech writer and how Chimpy didn't even see the SOTU until the final draft was finished the night before, so I showed him this http://www.whitehouse.gov/stateoftheunion/preparation/index.html

The slide show the White House put out in Jan about how involved and active the Chimp was in the writing of the SOTU. He just said wow and didn’t know what else to say. And to paraphrase Eddie Murphy “I giggled my Fu#king head off.”

what does that say about how disconnected and useless the Chimp is if he's only shown the most important speech of his life after the final draft was finished and less than 24 hours from the time he was scheduled to deliver it? Hell, given an extra night, a true chimpanzee could have been trained to deliver it and that would save us a lot in feed and cage maintenance.
