6. I want to be more consistant with CBT...
and to also increase my savings this year. I want to greatly reduce my cost of living. I don't need most of this crap that I have and it feels wasteful. Then there's always working out...mainly because it makes me feel good.

Two resolutions...to get my finances under control...and to take steps to improve my health. I'm not in financial trouble now, luckily I make more that I spend. But I just sort of drift along, without any clear plan for my money. That needs to change if I expect to not have to eat cat food when I retire.
