My kooky tzatziki conspiracy theory...
Personally, I think tzatziki is caused by the blending of yogurt, cucumbers, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, fresh dill, and salt and pepper.

I also think it's better after it's been in the fridge for a day. :silly:
