We owe Barbra Boxer a "Thank You" email

It wasn't popular

It wasn't politically advantageous

It wasn't all we were hoping for

But she stood up today and was counted.

She stood up for truth, the little guy and every American today. She stood up when no one else would. She acted courageously and patriotically to defend our right to vote. She was as every bit as courageous as any American that every fought a war for our freedom (an actual war not a world power stealing oil)

My hat is for to her

A real American

and tell her how proud this Maryland historian is right now thanks to her courage, standing-up when no one else would! I found her website, but you've got to be in her area to submit an email to her.

Her site mentions contacting your local Senators. No way. My lid's about blown right now thanks to my Sen's lack of a spine! And they're both Dem's. Shame on them... GRRR..
