Have you ever been openly propositioned for sex by a stranger?

I have been a few times...I never took the offers. Even if i found the girl attractive, i could never just have sex with a stranger. I'm not a prude, but i guess i'm old fashion. I've gotten much grief from male friends for not jumping into bed with these women.

Not to turn this into The Red Shoe Diaries, but if you were at a rave or a club, this sounds like an everyday occurance. If you were at a parent-teacher conference, well, then, rock on!

Been propositioned a lot. Just sex in of itself is probably pretty easy to come by if that were all I was looking for in life. I'm with you though- never with someone I didn't know. I kissed a couple people I just met (a long time ago), but when it comes to sex, I have to know the person pretty well.

I was out watching a band that my friend plays in and some Amazon woman from the moon pulled me onto the dance floor (I'm just a little guy, so anyone over 5-8 is an "Amazon"). After gyrating to one song she asked if I wanted to go to an afterhours party when the band was finished. I told her that I don't like parties with a bunch of strangers, and she told me that I was the only one invited. It kind of made my skin crawl. I said goodbye to my friends and slipped out the back door before Xena noticed.

I don't think there is any woman on the planet who hasn't been propositioned for sex, not once but at least a fifty times, and that's if you don't even visit bars and stuff.

Well that's just it. And the sex would not be good enough to sway most of us because, you know, that's just how it is.

I've never heared someone say they've been propositined by someone they didn't know. You learn something new everyday.

I've often wondered how often anyone says "yes" to those offers. I mean, it's one thing when you've been talking and flirting and drinking all night and you're young and foolish (though I had a strict rule that I had to at least know their last name - which translated to me asking in bed, "by the way, what's your last name?". Shoot me - it was the 70's) -

Oh, yeah - that's one thing. But when someone out of the blue asks for a blow job, I have to wonder if anyone has ever agreed to it.

I was in a book store looking up at the shelves when young man came up to me and casually laid a bag at my feet. He was standing way too close and I felt uncomfortable when I looked down I saw his bag contained several sex toys. I walked away very freaked out. This is a weird story, but anyways, I was at a stoplight on the way home from work, it was after midnight and I was working security, in other words still had my uniform on. Anyways, this lady comes up to my car and says she has car troubles, so, being the nice guy I am, I pull into the Blockbuster parking lot at that light where she was waiting. As soon as I stop, she gets in the passenger side, I really should have locked my doors, anyways, she then told me she needed bus fare and she would give me a blow job for 20 bucks. Well, in the first place, I did not have $10 on me. In the 2nd place, it seemed like "an offer too good to be true" (a police sting, or set-up for a robbery). In the 3rd place, I do not do drugs. In the 4th place she was only moderately good looking. And so on.

I always declined, because I suppose I just don't have it in me to fuck a stranger if we share little more than a basic mutual attraction. The very act strikes me as being a bit beastly. Plus, do it enough times and you lose any shred of sexual innocence you may have had, and wind up an old slag incapable of loving.

The worst part is when you're propositioned not quite so openly and don't figure it out for a while.

I was offered a three way once, and didn't figure it out until 12 hours later, after we had all shipped out (last night of Tech School in the Air Force).

I don't know why a person would want to ask a total stranger to do something like that. But then, there's a lot about people that I don't completely understand.

at least one of them was an amazing experience that I have never forgotten.

and not here in the U.S. It was when I was living in England. I was at a bar with a pal, and some rather drunk bloke pointedly asked me for sex. I started laughing because I thought he was kidding, but when I saw he wasn't, I skidaddled outta there.
Most people are much more subtle, but I'm sure the thought is there :)

I think any reasonably attractive female who spends any time in public has had this happen...used to happen to me A LOT. Who knows if they're serious or not, though?

My friends were in choir in high school and they all took a trip to San Francisco (fabulous city, by the way). So they had some free time and were walking around and they ended up in a pretty seedy part of town. So they pass by this bar and there's this guy who turns around to one of the girls and, with a drink in one and and a cigarette in the other, thrusts his hips in a sexual motion and asks:"Do you want to join me for a session?"
Remarkably, she was about to answer when her friends pulled her away and ran.
I think it's a hilarious story.

It was a really crappy job but I was in unbelieveable shape and working outside (cutting grass) I had a great tan.
