What's for lunch?
I've got a small bowl of salad greens w/ a scoop of tuna salad and a hard boiled egg on top.

11. really? how much have you lost?
What would you be eating if it weren't for the surgery?

I'm having leftover fried calamari on a toasted french roll. I squeezed some lime and added a few dashes of tabasco. Yes, I know, it's carb overload.

13. 65 lbs.
I probably would be eating a similar lunch, but on a much larger scale and with a big crusty roll. I was always semi-healthy w/ my lunches before surgery.

Dinner on the other hand, is a whole new experience. I eat mostly grilled fish or shellfish (instead of meats cooked in heavy gravies and sauces) and steamed veggies.

And portions, of course, are decidedly smaller.

10. I had a hankerin' for some Frito's recently
and was shocked how much they cost at the grocery store. They were something like $3.99 for a tiny bag. Whaaaaaa? I tend to only buy junk food when it's on sale or buy 1 get 1 free.
