I know the show is a cultural train wreck but I couldn't turn it off. Christopher Knight (Peter Brady) seemed like the only sane person in the mix. He comes off like a saint.
Verne Troyer (Mini Me) was totally out of control. Unbelievable. I believe they have to sign a contract which lets the producers film everything they do. Then they put them in a house full of alcohol and let the cameras roll. Some of the most bizzarre stuff I have ever seen a drunk person do.
And they always seem to have some young flash in the pan who thinks they don't belong with celebs whose careers are on the wane (Da Brat in this case).
Cultural train wreck is right. Verne had me totally freaked out when he was drunk off his ass. They are all completely messed up, except possibly Christopher.
Scares me a little that I CAN watch it. Like it better than other reality shows because the people are more mixed and their egos are all over the place. I used to work in Hollywood and kind of developed an interest in what happens to stars after their phone stops ringing -- some flame out but many others go on to what I really think is a better life. They can focus on things that matter. Chris Knight seems to have pulled through just fine.
7. I spent 3 hours watching ALL of VH1's reality programming! Help!
Verne is SO out of control-- I thought it was hilarious that his manager/friend was so unprofessional on the phone...and he couldn't get over the fact that what's her name was naked under the leaves.
Very odd fellow.
Chris Knight seems like a nice guy. They do that every season too, last season it was Dave Coulier.
Marcus is hot. That's all I have to say about him.
