Why is Boston Creme Pie called a pie when it's clearly a cake?
It doesn't even resemble a pie. What's up with that?

1. Nope...it sure doesn't.
And like Cheesecake ain't a cake...Boston Cream Pie ain't a pie. But unlike cheesecake, IMHO, it is really GOOD! Yum
