7. Just gave me a great idea!
I have a piece of sirloin in the refrig....can't broil it (with or without marindade) because of my highly restricted diet.....BUT

I can grill it on the Forman grill, cut it into strips and put it in a nice romaine, tomato, carrot, scallion and bell pepper salad....

could be good!!!!!

I like the one with roasted almonds, mandarin orange slices, and a little bit of red onion slices. Topped with poppy seed dressing.
