probably 6 brown and 8 black.

The heels of the white ones are wearing out at an incredible rate!

7. PAIRS??? I have countless socks. But only very few pairs. You
know that washing machines only work faithfully if they can eat socks on a regular basis! My washing machine is called Emma and her appetite for socks is insatiable.

Those socks that survive the first two or three attacks tend to live long though.

10. Who knows.. But the smartest thing I ever did regarding socks
was to trash all of the odd ones and get all new socks, all the same brand and size. Now I never have to do any sorting, I just throw them in the drawer in a big clump.

17. Nine. But I live in San Diego and wear sandals often.
With my Bierkenstocks I dont wear socks that often. Although many people down here do.
