These two got a ton of play when I was in high school...

1. I like both songs...
...but the solo on "Free Bird" seems more indulgent (particularly in the live version) so I had to give it a vote.

Not sure how long the drum solo on "In-a-Gadda-da-Vida" is, but combined with the guitar-masquerading-as-charging-elephant segment there's definitely a lot of soloing going on in that song. I like both the single and album versions of it, though...

6. The uncut Stairway to Heaven is about 14 minutes long.
Also, the Allman Brothers used to have very long solos on their songs--Whipping Post, Blue Sky to name a couple. Eat a Peach is full of long solos

7. Moby Dick drum solo
see it live and one could go and read the newspaper and come back to find it was only half-finished.
