1st Day of Do Not Call List: Have Calls to Your Home Declined?
My cell phone is on the list. My land line is not, but it will be disconnected tomorrow, which will be another wasted phone number for the telemarketer scum to waste their time on. HA HA!
from this one computer generated caller with the same number on my caller ID starting at 9:00 am and ending at 8:50pm on a daily basis. I called the phone company no help, state attorney no help, the calls just kept coming. (# is 610-439-8946) I just got home and checked the caller ID and the number is not there for the first time in months. My job requires me to have a published # so I couldn't even get an unlisted number. I sure hope this ends it.
8. Mine began to decline last week, when the Do Not Call story heated up.
If I get any now, I will quite rudely remind the bastards that I am on the list, and I had BETTER not hear from them again. Then I will report them to the FTC anyway.
9. We've had a do not call list in oklahoma for a while now...
And it's great...the last time someone called the house I used to live in, I said, do you realize I'm on the do not call list for oklahoma? All I heard was CLICK. So great Duckie
