What's for breakfast?
My own daily routine includes a bowl of Cheerios, with a banana sliced over it, and 1% milk, on the cereal, and on the side.

A thermos of coffee accompanies me to work. :donut:

1. Before I leave the house
I have a "no sugar added" Carnation Instant Breakfast (that I make with 1% milk)

When I get to work, I usually have a cup of fresh fruit (melon, strawberries, pineapple) or a l/f yogurt, and a cup of decaf.

9. I eat 2 of them
Breakfast #1 (pre-workout): Either a bowl of granola and raisins with 1% milk, or a bowl of yogurt and fruit. Sometimes, depending on the day's workout, I also have a spoonfull of peanut butter.

Breakfast #2 (post-workout): Smoothie. Either fruit and yogurt, or peanut butter and chocolate milk. Smoothie always has whey protein and creatine and usually has an egg in it.

Now if I could only be as disciplined at night...

16. You're lucky
I can do both, but they need to be separated by at least an hour. My kids still talk about the time I washed down a bowl of raisin bran with a protein shake. :nuke:
