Just watched Coffee and Cigarettes
Is Cate Blanchett the best actor alive or have I gone mad from this insanely cold Detroit weather?

1. I have heard that is great.
I've yet to see it though.

4. it's...,ah,...............................................different.......
It's worth watching if you're into dialouge-only. For me, the Cousins episode made the whole thing. I'm not mad, Cate Blanchett really is the greatest actor alive. She's phenomenal in this.

I should mention that my girlfriend informed me that Jim Jarmusch made a few Coffee and Cigarettes movies, but the one I saw is the 2003 version. I haven't seen any of the others.

6. the other ones are shorts
the scene with the twins in the restaurant with Steve Buscemi as their waiter was done in the early 90's, not sure if it's exactly the same, but that's what inspired the feature length Coffee and Cigarettes, which is briliant by the way

I think there might have been one or two others

5. Since you've marinated on it.....(Spoiler, I guess, but not much to spoil)
are the Joe and Vinny guys mobsters you think? At first I didn't, but the roll of cash led me to believe otherwise.
