Poll question: Not One Damn Dime Day aside, this is my Chinese buffet day
To lunch or not to lunch, that is the question.

1. Tonight is my County's Democratic Monthly Forum
Every third Thursday we all get together at a local Thai Restaurant and share thoughts and ideas. I plan on going and supporting the local Thai Restaurant.

3. Have a nice lunch.
If it's a family owned bidness I'm sure they'll appreciate your patronage.

4. The General's Chicken
house fried rice, those little meat thingies on the stick... mmmmmmm

While I like the sentiment of the no damn dime day, the important thing is going to be the publicity it gets, not the actual monetary leverage, which will be scant IMO.

So, eat up, keep your strength to fight the right wing loons who will be gloating today because they stole another election.

5. My Chinese wife...
My chinese wife has eating strategies in going to the Chinese buffet - avoid veggies & soups and eat the expensive stuff like fish first. She can put away 3-5 full plates of food on a good evening at a good Chinese buffet.

9. Smoked almonds
I left my lunch at home and didn't want to spend any money. I'm sitting at my desk all dressed in black. I have a can of smoke almonds that looks like lunch.

I thought I'd have a "no coronation" day at my part time job today, but I came in and one of the office staff had turned on the TV outside my office to watch during her break, and I swear she was drooling. Life is not fair in any way today!
