we got the freezing rain earlier today and now it's almost a white out it's snowing and blowing so hard. This is KY for Gawds sake!

3. it rained most of the night and morning
then turned to snow about noon. It's been comin down pretty hard since. blowing sideways. :( YUCK YUCK YUCK I'm just glad I don't have anywhere to go and can sit in front of the fire with a cat on my lap and watch basketball all day. What a cool Saturday!

4. That's cool. Thankfully, we have a gas log fireplace. Our heat
pump isn't working worth crap. I heard Boston is under a blizzard warning. Blowing sideways? Holy Moses!

7. Did you have any thunder? No snow yet, but I'm keeping my toes
crossed (can't cross fingers while typing, of course). Sounds like you're in good shape for the day..a nice quiet evening in store, eh? I'm hoping we don't lose power.

9. I am in Illinois
and we had freezing rain and thunder before the snow too. My son asked me when was the last time it thundered in January and I couldn't remember. I asked my dad ( he is 78 years old ) and he said it did when he was 19 yr. ??? Just strange to me.
