What should I cook for dinner?
I have chicken, rice, ricearoni (haha), mozarella, pasta galore, onions, garlic, a potato. I don't know what to cook? Any suggestions?

5. chicken mozzerella with butter&parsley pasta on the side.

4 boneless chicken breasts, pounded to 1/2 inch thickness
1 egg, beaten with a little water
Bread Crumbs
1 tsp Italian Seasoning (or salt, psp,
8 slices mozzarella cheese, or more
1 jar Spaghetti Sauce
Parmesan cheese

Stir together the Bread Crumbs and the Italian Seasoning.

Dip the chicken breasts in water/egg mixture and then in bread crumbs.

Brown on both sides until golden. Set aside in baking dish.

Slice 8 pieces of mozzarella cheese and put two on each chicken breast.

Top with the spaghetti sauce.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese (if you have any), and a little more mozzarella.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350º.

prepare your pasta, toss with butter and parsley and serve.

all you really need is some chicken boullion or salt, celery seed, the onion and parm cheese, if you have it. And water.
