What would you make legal and illegal?
If you were Absolute Dictator of the United States, what would you make legal and what would you make illegal.

I'll start

Legal (but regulated):
Prostitution
Drugs

Illegal:

War Profiteering: When the country goes to war, all war industries would be seized by the government. All their executives would be paid a reasonable salary by the government and they would be banned from making campaign contributions.

a political campaign.
