5. Yep. Clonazepam

Helps me sleep. But, dang, if I get a little careless and take two of them along with my other sleeping meds, I get the munchies worse than I did back in the 70's after a couple doobies.

I like clonazepam. My friends were all up on me because I was taking valium and my doctor said it was none of their business. Then he said he would switch me to clonazepam and that would shut them up. It did. And it's more or less the same type of drug. But it's not VALIUM, so everyone's Ok with it.

Are you taking any of the above? Just wondering why you were asking.

11. Only 1mg. It's when I take 2mg that I get the munchies. I don't know why!

6. Used to take Lorazepam...
...which I understand is related to those pills. Had it prescribed to me, did not like it a BIT- made me as looney as a bird, plus brought suicidal thoughts with it (which I found out later were a side-effect). Flushed them.

9. Clonazepam...I'm on some right now
I take Clonezapam for panic attacks and severe locked-in anxiety. I currently have Clonazepam and NyQuil *both* on-board and I still feel hypervigilant. And I still haven't gotten to sleep.

10. I take a small amount of Clonazepam (.5) along with
Neurontin for epilepsy. It's an effective combination for me.

12. Yes. Clonazepam is a muscle relaxer and anti-convulsant isn't it?

Hope it works good for you. It really helps shut down my racing, racing brain. I combine it with estazolam and it's been a godsend.

edited to say I tried neurontin and it made my mind race more. It was a disaster. I've heard that it helps a lot of people though.

13. It works very well for me.
The only trouble I had with Neurontin was when they prescribed too much. It made me feel like I was drunk.

It's strange how different medications affect different people. Tegretol almost killed me, literally. I can tolerate Depakote, but it does have some nasty side effects.

I like that feeling when I'm totally relaxed but on the verge of feeling drunk. Thats when I know the drug is for me :) Go Clonazepam.
