23 S 109 W is in the middle of the Pacific, but could be Easter Island...
23 N 109 E is in India; if you're there helping out with the tsunami relief efforts, more power to you :-)
23 S 109 E is in the middle of the Indian Ocean, and there are no islands around there.

I'm guessing you're in Cabo. :toast:

Had to rearrange the coordinates a little to make something come up, and then was just amazed when it did down to the seconds.
