Ebby is GORGEOUS! And kittens are the just the greatest! If you like kitten photos, go to http://arizonacats.netfirms.com/contents.html

We rescued a stray mom and her litter a while ago. I *still* have to finish the website - many more pics to go! Everyone got a good home, btw!

20. We just figured it would be soothing
You know how they've shown that cows listening to soothing classical music produce more milk, etc.? We figured it would help calm the kitties down too. And possibly promote brain development. Who knows?

We're in a rock band and think music is very important but we didn't think loud electric guitars with high frequencies was the way to go for the cats. They tended to hide under the bed wheneever we rehearsed, even when the door was closed....

9. Those kittens were soooo cute
I just love babies. A few of my cats were also rescue animals. The woman who had them could no longer take care of them so I brought them home. I started out with 4 (Duncan, Ticee, Kelly and Belle) of my own and brought 9 more home LOL. I think the most I have had at one time was 29, but now am down to 11, those are mine and will stay til their time here is done. They are spoiled and pampered but isnt that what having a cat is all about :)

19. Adorable!!!
In March of 2002, I rescued a pregnant cat. She gave birth to 5 kittens behind the washing mahcine in my basement. I transferred them to a box with towels, and they grew and played down there for 10 weeks!!!
When they were 10 weeks old, Mommy and babies were all neutered, and got their shots. I kept 2, A friend of mine took the Mommy and 2 babies, and another friend took the fifth kitten.

14. 6 litter pans
that get scooped 3-4 times a day, I buy about 100 lbs. of scoop litter a month, about 20 lbs cat food every 8-10 days, 5 cans of cat food a day and lots of sweeper bags.

costing me a ton of bucks lately as they are senior and are getting a lot of health problems.

16. She was so tiny
when I brought her home, she fit into the palm of my hand. She was one of the rescue cats. My granddaughter named her Itty-Bitty and I had her spayed when she was six months and she exploded into this "rug" lol...but she will always be "bitty". She has quite the personality, she follows my granddaughter around like a puppy, and sits on the toilet and watches her take a bath. Himalayans have to be the neatest cats I have ever had, they are very much a people cat, mine all love to chatter, and see what I am doing but I think one of the craziest things they do is some will line up in front of the TV and their heads all move in unison.
