Man who caused L.A. train crash to be charged with murder.
The guy was trying to kill himself and changed his mind. BUT he didn't take his damn car of the tracks.

"deranged" it says in the article. Perhaps, I'm sure they will go for the insanity plea.

4. Any Rove sightings?
Was the driver an ugly, bald, fat assed kind of a guy with a pasty white complexion?

This served as quite a handy diversion today (and they did just about everything short of saying AQ did it earlier this afternoon) so I feel the need to account for Karl Roves whereabouts!

6. This sort of story just makes me CRAZY
I know he changed his mind, and I don't want anyone to commit suicide. But why, oh WHY don't suicidal people just kill themselves and leave other people out of it??? Could he not foresee the consequences of his action?
