my buzz 2-4 cups a day...what is yours?


Drug makers have to label the amount of caffeine in their offerings, but food and beverage companies don’t this a simple how fast your dose can add up. this is how big your buzz is..

Hershey’s milk chocolate almond bar…..25 mg
Expresso, 1 oz -shot………………………..........40mg
Brewed tea, 8oz -cup……………………..........50mg
Coca-cola, 20oz bottle……………………........57mg
RedBull, 8.3 oz can ……………………….........80mg
Excedrin pain reliever, 2 tablets…………130mg
Brewed coffe, 12oz-cup…………………........200mg
Mountain Dew, 64-oz double big Gulp…294mg

I don't know why. :shrug:

2-3 cups o'joe per workday keep me going. Rarely drink it on weekends.

5. The problem with red bull -
is that you have to heat it up before the cocaine will dissolve.

I say stick to coffee.
