Poll question: Best Boxing Movie Ever?
I saw Million Dollar Baby last night and it completely renewed my faith in movies. I absolutely loved it. Far better than the Boring Aviator.

It actually took me back to my childhood and another of my favorites, The Champ (Jon Voight version).

What is your favorite boxing movie of all time?

1. They Are All Good
Muhammad Ali was in Reqiem For A Heavyweight..

I'd put Rocky 1 and Raging Bull at the top...

You forgot "Somebody Up There Likes Me"...

2. On the Waterfront?
Not really a boxing movie, but it should've been a contender.

13. That would have made a tough choice.
You're right, not really a boxing movie, but the best movie on the list.

3. Diggstown
While not a classic (and nowhere near Raging Bull) the movie always puts a smile on my face.

...always puts a smile on my face. I don't know how many times I've seen that movie.

9. When We Were Kings
Not a "Hollywood" movie. A documentary on Ali-Foreman fight in Zaire.

14. "Hard Times".
(I guess it could be considered a "boxing" movie).

With Charles Bronson, James Coburn, Jill Ireland, Strother Martin and Robert Tessier.
