9. Oh how I hanker for Indian
When I lived in London, I ate it 3 or 4 times a week. Now I live in the wilds of the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont- closest Indian is 2 hours away.

Anyhoo, We're having sauteed chicken breast with leeks, garlic and white wine, Roasted asparagas and basmati rice.

10. Piece of trivia for the day
Did you know that balti actually means 'bucket'?

Now quite well known, but one of the most popular dishes in Indian Restaurants here in Britain is the chicken tikka massala; which was actually invented in Glasgow.
