Who the fuck would want to live in a missile base? Aside from Cheney, of course, who needs to be plugged into the wall every few hours to make sure his pacemaker still works.

5. Lots of land cheap!
I'd do it if I had 100 grand to throw around. I saw something on discovery or something several years ago on how some family bought one and refurbed the entire thing. Worse case is that you need to build an addition so that you have living space with natural light. =)
