But, I'm sure you have your reasons.

I have been out all day and most of yesterday, so I'm unaware of whatever has happened to prompt this.

I try to take breaks but then I start to wounder whats going on so then I have to come back to check things out. Take a break it will do you good. :)

It can be very easy to get caught up emotionally. In a lot of ways, even though this is on the internet, a lot of the daily interaction with others is very similar to social interaction in real life. Long time friends and relationships can be made or broken.

Just try and keep in mind that emotions are on edge around here and people will say things from behind their keyboard they wouldn't say in person, and often don't mean.
