Clinton was our President until January 2001 and I think he was better than the idiot running things now.

He squeeked into office,and has acted like he got a huge mandate to take the US on a hard right turn. Allientated every ally on the planet. Tried to humiliate the UN and came hat in hand in the same summer.

Bill Clinton's presidency ushered in the 21st century. Left office January 2001.

I do beleive he is the worst, though. Not sure about 'best'.
