Damn that spell-check. Why don't they catch things like this:

"Working in advance to secure eye-pooping sign package."

Eye pooping sign package. How bad a sign package would it have to be to make your eye poop?

If that's not eye pooping, I don't know what is.

5. It could have been worse. Have you ever seen CYE?
Edited on Mon Jan-31-05 12:15 PM by Mabus
CYE (Curb Your Enthusiasm) starts Larry David. In one episode ("Beloved Aunt") his wife's aunt died. Larry takes charge of getting the obituary in the newspaper. The synopsis on the website explains:

Synopsis: At the funeral for Cheryl's aunt, Larry offers to use his connections (Jeff) to place an obituary in the newspaper. But when the paper comes out, the "a" in "aunt" has been inadvertently replaced with a "c", and Cheryl's family is convinced that Larry did it on purpose.

So, it could be worse. At least you caught it.

6. I did see that episode. A classic!
So yeah - it could have been worse. And thank GOD I caught it. I can only imagine what would have happened if I had let it go through. I think I would have fallen off my chair when I got to that point. I wouldn't have been able to continue. Tears of laughter would have been streaming from my eyes.

I have SUCH an immature sense of humor.

8. LOL
I'm with you. I just showed your post to my relatives (six of my male relatives, mostly brothers and nephews, who are taking off tomorrow) and they laughed so hard. Then one of my brothers reminded us of the time another of our brothers (naturally, not in attendance) turned an essay into his second grade teacher where he described our parent's anniversary party. His constant reference to "raping" presents and the nicely "raped" presents all lined up on the table were priceless. Of course, he meant "wrapping" and "wrapped" presents.

Now that's immature. We're still laughing and I'm crying while I'm trying to type this.
