9. back to bagels, I love egg bagels, blueberry, cinammon raisin
and a whole bunch of others. About 3 weeks ago, I had 3 in a row and I wasn't even hungry. With lots of margarine. Heated

12. Nothing is fattening in moderation
and carbs are good for you. Your body uses them to process fats out of your system and regulate your metabolism. Just eat in moderation, excercise regularly, and dont worry about stupid fad diets.
