UPDATE: My dog is much better now
He's taking his medicine. He slept through the night last night, and he's much perkier today than he was yesterday.

Thanks to everybody who suggested I take him to the vet.

What was wrong? Did he have a urinary tract infection?

2. They had an emergency
so they hadn't finished the lab work before we left, but the vet thought that's what it was and gave him antibiotics.
