Never heard it before, but I think I can use this! :shrug:

2. From an old name for Birmingham (England)
which had a lot of industry, some of which produced cheap and tatty stuff. 'Brum' is still a nickname for Birmingham, and the inhabitants are always known as "Brummies".

4. Bush is a brummagem president
and future presidents who act like him will be Bushagem presidents, meaning a cheap and tawdry imitation of a REAL president. :shrug:
