After making a big splash that item has vanished from the news. So, was it a "cover" for Jeff Christie? How was this cover manufactured? Who were involved? Why Daryn Kagan?

"Closet case" etc. We can accept that Rush is subhuman and should not be allowed on the air. However, there is a strong tendency on this board to call whatever horrible person gay. I think it is gay bashing and unfair.

But I don't see it that way. To me, it's comparable to a Jewish person "passing" as a non-Jewish person and actively persecuting Jews along with the Nazi's. They should be called out not because they are gay (if they are) but because they are treacherous.

Where is the evidence that Rush is gay? I haven't seen any substantial evidence. In the absence it is just rumor-mongering and does border on gay bashing.

Despite all the insinuation, there's no proof Rushbo is gay and what's it matter? Sometimes the hypocrisy on our own side shows when the right wing attacks gays, it's circle the wagons...but when there's a gay outted whose a Repugnican...or just a hint at it, then the ridiculing is intense.

Methinks Ms. Kagan didn't find the gold at the career rainbow she thought she'd get by hanging with Rushbo (beard or no beard). They came off as a media "power couple"...thing is Kagan has no real power. She's a former sportsbabe who lucked her way into a newsreader's chair and has reached the pinacle of her career...Wichita or Boise is her probably career destination as her looks fade. She hoped Rushbo would open the doors at a Faux or a hate radio show or some bigger and better deal than the dead end she's in now.

It'll be interesting if the "Gannon" and Jordan resignations did have an effect on Kagan...CYA time!

I've read and heard the Jeff Christie stories and know people who worked with him in Pittsburg. Stories were that he was creepy, but no hint in those days (early 70's) of any "deviant lifestye". I don't see what the big deal is if he's gay or not (I was told he was creepy...he still is today), it's what the bastard's words that are the issue.

If he wasn't brought down by the massive drug abuse, would outing him make a difference with his hive? Let's destroy this monster with our own voices...and take that "golden microphone" and put it where the Oxy-Contin don't shine.
