Come everyone! Avoid the flamewars - to my place for Martinis!!
We'll hang out in the living room sitting on cushions while some soft music plays and we have great conversation and talk story and mellow out and avoid the flamewars.

But leave your children at home, please.

4. Let me rephrase then - leave your non-cocktail making children at home
Or if your children can work in other ways - helping prepare the olives, chilling glasses, making ice, cooking some light hors douevres, etc., feel free to bring 'em. They should, however, be dressed in little tuxes, or at least a white dress shirt with a bow tie - girls and boys both.

Otherwise, leave 'em at home.

6. Oh, and p.s. - we need a bathroom attendant child as well
He should wear a maroon vest, and come with his own mouthwash and cologne and perfume supply.

14. Oh sure...that sounds like a lovely idea.
You wouldn't have a comfy leather (that's right PETA, I said LEATHER) chair I can relax in, do you?

16. Yes, in fact, I do! With an ottoman!
Also have a leather couch if you'd rather lay down, but I think perhaps we can save that so others can sit.

But to make it for you, here, let me pour you another Martini.

18. Seated is good. I can't sip my martini if I'm laying down.
Ahhh...thanks, again, sir. I feel so...so...civilized, and quite decadent. :D

And everything was going fine 'til BouncyBall threw up a pitcher of strawberry daiquiris on the polar bear (yeah - real polar bear PETA!) rug.

10. Here ya go!
No meat, just the children. But watch it - some of haven't been fed a vegetarian diet, so they're a bit "gamy".

17. I'm sorry, you have to leave.
You called it a Cosmo, and you want a little heart garnish.

I'm all about relaxing and being mellow, but I'm also about doing it tastefully and with tact. Sorry.

24. If you call it a Cosmopolitan, and don't ask for the heart thingy
Then you can come back in and I'll happily make as many as you want!
