His statements had political effect but he was not actively involved in politicking. His mission was to teach love, a different calling than politics

Jesus chased the moneylenders out of the temple and would probably be happy to help get money out of politics too. Jesus said that as we did to the least among us, we did to Him, so He would definitely be anti-corporate and pro-consumer.

12. Jesus wouldn't work in politics.
But his work in religion would probably be viewed as Socialist, and therefore a threat to monied interests.
