Pats Fans: Will Teddy Bruschi play again?

I'm not a huge fan of the Patriots, but Teddy Bruschi always seemed like a really classy guy, and one of the NFL's good guys.

And since my own father had a stroke at age 36, I have a pretty good idea of what he and his family are going through.

My question is, is there a possibility he will play again, or was his stroke most likely career-ending?

This was a mild stroke. The guy is in good shape, and there's no reason to believe that he won't recover fully.

But I wouldn't be surprised either way. He seems to be a very strong family man, so I wouldn't put it past him to deem his family life to be too important to risk.

What if he gets hit in the head during a game and gets a concussion? He's got his rings, so why chance it? Remember what happened to the Celts Reggie Lewis? I'd hate to see this guy croak during a game...
