1. Connery is the best.
I always just liked him better.

2. If those are the choices, then Sean Connery. But Timothy Dalton..
was my favorite of all of them.

5. Dalton was good. So was George Lazenby.

I picture Lazenby to be the way Ian Fleming imagined Bond.

8. Yeah. I thought that Dalton best typified what Bond was all about.
But, well, the producers had other ideas...

3. Connery was the definitive Bond
the others filled the role, Sean defined it.

9. Brosnan will always be smarmy Remington Steele, and Roger Moore...
...will always be smarmy Simon Templar to my mind. And yes, the reference to "The Saint" outs me as old. <LOL>

7. I always thought Connery was really cheesy as Bond.
Not that I'm a fan of the series anyway...

14. Connery was the best
I like Pierce Brosnan in the role. I loved "Live And Let Die" for the villains (Geoffrey Holder, in particular), but never really liked Roger Moore in the part.

The only movie I ever liked Timothy Dalton in is "The Lion In Winter", where he played the bi-sexual Phillip of France, out for revenge against Henry II and Richard the Lionhearted.
